iEAi's (International Enterprise Architecture Institute) popular training and certification program on Enterprise Architecture supports the knowledge and skills development of enterprise architects, helps manage and steer EA practice effectively as an integrated function, reinforces the organization's reputation as an architectural leader, and indicates its commitment to industry standards and best practices.
The program comes to Finland this June! It consists of two training modules, to be held on June 7–9 and June 19–21, 2023, respectively, and an exam project post-training. The venue will be the elegant Bank on Unioninkatu 20, right in the heart of Helsinki.
The first module comprises a comprehensive overview of fundamental EA concepts seen through the lens of the EA6 Framework. The second level goes substantially deeper and addresses advanced topics, such as EA program management, critical success factors, integration of EA with other organizational functions, EA metrics, maturity, governance, risk management, etc.
First introduced in 2007, the EA certification program has been recognized as a classic training for enterprise architects. The content and curriculum were developed by Dr. Scott A. Bernard and Dr. John Gøtze, co-founders of the International Enterprise Architecture Institute (iEAi), which has maintained the program over the years. The iEAi certification program is based on the markedly revised 2020 content.
