Participants will gain insights into a proven approach for measuring and enhancing organizational agility, crucial for survival and success in the rapidly changing business landscape.
Patrick Hoverstadt
Patrick is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in the private and public sectors, specializing in strategy, organizational design, and change. With a background in running an engineering business, he founded Fractal and has been a consultant since 1995. Patrick is known for his expertise in employing systems approaches to tackle complex challenges in large organizations and whole sectors. His portfolio includes successful work in various areas such as business strategy, ecosystem modeling, large-scale organizational change, strategic risk assessment, management performance measurement, and collaborative governance. He has authored several research papers and contributed to books on systems, organization, and management. Notably, Patrick authored "Fractal Organisation," a highly regarded book on organization published by Wiley in 2008, as well as co-authored "Patterns of Strategy," a book on a systemic approach to strategy published by Gower in 2017. In 2022, he released "The Grammar of Systems." Patrick's expertise extends to lecturing at universities and business schools and holding the position of Visiting Research Fellow at Cranfield School of Management. Furthermore, he chairs SCiO, the professional body for systems practitioners.
